Ryan Sebens is an Oregon Licensed Private Investigator (License #101589). He is the owner and lead investigator. He specializes in Post Conviction Relief (PCR) cases and has experience in criminal defense investigations. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His background includes work in library sciences and teaching English as a second language.

 

Rich Sebens is an Oregon Licensed Private Investigator (License #94931) and has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, including 11 years as a Police Chief. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.  His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management and Communication and an Associates Degree in Fire Science Technology (Emergency Services).  He has training and experience in advanced interview techniques, including statement analysis.  His experience and training also includes employment background investigations, employee investigations, and customer complaints against staff.  In addition, he has many years of experience investigating criminal cases.  He also is experienced in Post Conviction Relief (PCR) cases.
